Therapy in English

As an English-speaking therapist with a multinational background, I offer therapy in English and find it exciting to follow English-speakers and expats on their journey here in Denmark.

I grew up in Israel where my American mother raised me to speak English on the level of a native speaker.

I have a B.A. in psychology from Haifa University (Israel), and an M.A. from the University f Copenhagen. In my mid-twenties, I moved to Denmark to study and join my Danish husband. I've been living in Denmark since 2000 and we have three bi-cultural, bilingual children.

Living abroad widens one's horizons, yet at the same time can be quite challenging. It is very normal to encounter various challenges while living  in a foreign country. Having to express oneself in a foreign language, far away from family and friends, as well as one's cultural routines and norms may be difficult at times. For some, moving to another country is often associated with a major change in family or work roles, which is not always in line with one's hopes or wishes.

At times like these, it is helpful to have a space which is yours alone, in which to explore, learn and reflect upon your personal journey.

Feel free to contact me by mail or by phone. If I'm not available, I get back to you as soon as possible.
